I rarely watch TV during the day, but I figured I'd turn on CNBC to see just what it was they were talking about. The guy mentioned some web stock where the volume was 485K the first time he talked about it on the air, and, a mere ten minutes later, was 4.5M! One of these days they'll have to talk about Y2K stocks.

The guy mentioned another stock in the same sort of way, but I made the mistake of flipping the channel and coming across Jerry Springer doing a show called "I'm sleeping with my sister's fiance". It sounds like a good show but the sound keeps disappearing and they keep cutting away each time the women get up to shake hands (g).

One day CNBC will realize they just can't tune out reality ;^).
