From an outsider's point of view who has monitored this thread for some time, and had quite a few laughs, allow me to share my observations. This company appears to be belly up. Looks like the reverse split was a last ditch effort to pull off some financing that did not work.

Now, what happens? Who in their right mind would pump money into a lost cause. Even if it recovers, look at all the investors who would expect some long awaited returns. No, more likely that whatever AGTI owns that has value, e.g. products, patents, trademarks, etc. will be bought but not the company. A new company will emerge with their technology and the fruits will be shared by just a few, and AGTI investors will be left with little or more likely nothing. Unfair, yes, but that is the likely scenario, it appears to me.
