They filed their year end report with the SEC on Aug. 11 last year.
I would expect the same timing this year. Especially since they changed auditors on July 7 of this year. The change in auditors is in their 8K which they filed recently.

The details of the counter suit are now public also. What do you think about this action ? Also the disclosure about the prior problems the management seems to have had with the SEC before, how do you read this ?
