Pam,

I think you are more correct than you realize.

Cornerstone now has the ability to go nationwide around USWEB, and my understanding is that they are working at capacity. It seems to me that this will lead to an acquisition shortly. Perhaps that is the reason for the huge activity.

I expect to make a lot of money on this one.
