Notice how CIEN tracks TLAB, or the other way around. I would have expected CCSC to do same at 0.72 X TLAB. All three look very nice in the family ;-))

I'm having a hard time figuring out how the Tlab/Ccsc deal could possibly present real antitrust problems. Where's the overlap? What does Tlab make that Ccsc also makes? Anything at all?? I know there's been a second request by the DoJ under HSR. However, I wonder if they are just trying to learn the sector, for future deals, etc.?? Does anyone know if anyone is strongly objecting to this deal?? Competitors, I mean? Who are Coherent's competitors? Doug
