I recall BB commenting that those stocks (and presumably funds) are 'bargain priced' or some such. (Note to some on this thread who regularly mistake comments as actual recommendations to purchase: a remark that a stock, sector, or fund etc. is well-priced, is not the same as recommending purchase!)
