freerealtime.com it's free. Just register and away you go. If you get a quote for MINE you can click on the hot word NEWS. It says at 7:21 last night (don't know if thats when it was submitted or if thats when freerealtime posted it) the 8K was shown. for the record last sentence: "The SEC has notified Registrant that it believes that the news release by the Company about the report on May 22, 1998 may have been released without a sufficient basis as to the reliability of the report." Somewhere above: "Registrant has terminated the services of Russell C. Burk as its counsel" Sorry - Read the copy I printed out says Filing Date 7/7/98
