George, I do appreciate you compliments. I am not a Buddhist, but am interested in, and sympathetic to, Buddhist beliefs and issues. I am just learning a tiny bit about it all, really. The reason I document things which can reasonably be documented is that almost everything I say is challenged. If I have provided source material, it is sometimes helpful. However, I try to mostly explain my positions by writing about them myself, using documentation as support. I am sure I am not always successful at that, however! Are you talking about yoga positions? I think it is better to wear a leotard and tights, really. I wouldn't want to startle my neighbors!!
