I agree GE has to put out news,MM do not sign anything on news releases they sign it on SEC filings,not on May 22 news release,and the 8-K is good enough because it states in their they are in debt warning to investors beware,issuing of 10 mil.more shares to finance further develop of Bolivia claim,if you are thinking that MM sign because of news releases and not SEC filings.News release can be full of errors see it all the time,SEC filings are the companies officer that signs it and not some PR person.
