The financing of fnet has nothing to do with the price or where ftel trades. period.

The most important condition is that bankers want to see a working network generating revenue and then they will beat a path to ftel doors for fnet finance. That is what everyone is focused on at westlake. It is possible that the system could be up in days not weeks. Why the stock is here, jccaidc.Oh for the gurus who make projections on revenues out in months ahead, why was the stock at 5+jan97,10 sept97,7 jan 98.Hint because it was going up and every trader in the world watching these stocks jumped on. If 1 big investor type that has been exposed to ftel road shows sees the network light up and decides to commit ,especiallt at these low volumes,it will be 3 in a heartbeat and then the jerks will pile on again not knowing what they bought but it was going up. That rb is the theater of the absurd. They institutional investor knows why they buy,I think I do, maybe the other folks should do some dd and make a decision.
