Due diligence requires audited numbers, and in the wake of Cedant, having audited numbers are that much more important.

Cedant had numbers all right - unfortunately, they were far from accurate numbers.

Any speculation about ESVS having audited numbers is just that - speculation. But, lacking a disclaimer of such, it is really simply writing between the lines, and appears to be an attempt to deceive people here.

Call ESVS and ask them if they have audited numbers.
