One thing we need to be prepared for is the possible news release detailing the exact location specifics of the land in thier hands. This will be the verification of deeds recieved which will allow people to make guesstimates of the possible resources based on surrounding property. This will be a precursor to Stagg reports but will provide a serious look at their possible production output. Basically while Stagg will be a scientific confirmation, the land location information will give us a jump start...
