I have edited second post with the 7/7/98 report date. Sorry for any confusion. Still wondering if anything should be made of termination of Russell C. Burk as counsel? Have followed the thread for a while and don't recall it being covered, or is this standard practice?

it would seem from this that guido only did a lit search.. and created a report on the work of others and other papers. this is diferent than the company having doen real work.. please tell me if im wrong .. but holy chit. it looks like they didnt do any real work. at least htats what it seems to say.
