Anyone know who bought the 970K shares yesterday? Was this GE? Or Elamex
buying back shares to stock up for later GE purchase option?

Ron,
I spoke to Carlos Martens yesterday.I think that the joint venture with GE could lead to dramatic increases in revenues over the next 12 months($10 million is just the starting figure). Also, the second quarter's eps should be at least $.12.The $.12 includes a R&D writeoff of $.08 a share for Optimag. It is encouraging to see 1/3
of the public float turnover in less than 1 week, and have the stock price increase.
