The outcome was a KRY loss
or
Right and Wrong

The trial ended in a KRY loss, your belief that Asensio was aware of the outcome is not one I subscribe to. I think Asensio used the uncertainty to line his own pockets. I think the same sort of tactic is being used here on Zonagen.

Asensio is a liar and that has been proven.
Your contention seems to be that being a crow is fine, as long as you have a nicely lined nest, it is OK to extort the innocent, as long as you make some money at it, go ahead and lie, it has no effect on your credibility, your reputation is decided by how much money you make, not how you make it.

It may be "amazing" to you but I think the simple facts are just that, simple. Asensio is a liar, regardless of what people think. That fact has been proven in a court. If you take the time to read the judgements against Asensio, you get a clear picture of a person who is motivated by his own greed, to the exclusion of all else.

He lies about conversations he had, he lies when asked about the situation, he reneges on a financial transaction, he fails to deliver. The judgement, Asensio calls it a "nuisance amount", was in the amount of 1/4 million dollars.

I have no objection to drawing your own conclusions, even if they are in complete contradiction of facts.

By the way, I see SGP is trying to make Willie look bad again. <g>
