Kevin, do you really think that WSTL is at $8 due to G.S. selling his SMALL amount of shrs????

No way buddy!!!

Sorry, G.S. selling is NOT to blame for current levels! I wish it were that simple!

kevin--

just dont get nasty. i would ask the questions though, but i think we already have the answers. it was written into the contract the company had with GS, and they probably didnt want to fight it because they wanted people to think that all were happy with the amicable departure<G>.

if i may add a question for you to ask...i would like to know if they have made any provision for a legal defense regarding GS. i am just waiting for the day when milburg weiss issues PR naming WSTL. the company let GS run amok last year. unless they get proactive about the stock price soon, they should expect to be served.

and yes, since i am now in negative territory, i can join the suit as well!

good luck to all,
trey

Kevin,

I assume you have never met Mr. Seamans, otherwise you would know that he is not a loser. He may be responsible for much of the current trouble that Westell is in, but without his leadership in earlier years when Westell was struggling to make payroll there wouldn't be a Westell to kick around now.

As a longtime lurker on this thread, I thought it was time to speak up. I think a little respect is in order. For the record, I don't own any Westell stock or owe G.S. any loyalty. I just don't think he needs to be cast as some sort of demon.
