I don't believe MarketFirst is a competitor. They are doing marketing program management, not SFA or CIS. I"m pretty familiar with them - can't see them in the same opportunities - at least for a few years.

If I remember correctly Market First was started by a bunch of Baan people? (no idea how I know that) Why would someone from Baan start a marketing automation company is what I want to know. Why not mfg, since Baan is strong in mfg. Theres hardly any competition in the WMS area for example vs. all these front office players. Its like Gartner Group is barking again about how much bigger front office is than backoffice and everybody just jumps on board, forget the reality that there are a bunch of front office companies out there right now looking for new mkts Im sure. Michelle
