Could be, Frank. - We know that Ashton likes to lay very low, and it seems now they are laying lower still, for whatever reasons. The tight control on leakage is holding. --We may get a delight.

Kaiser made a few comments in his latest BFReport (July8/98), re. ACA and the ADP:
[Kaiser's website: canspecresearch.com ]

Re. ACA's lowkey approach:
...Ashton has indicated that it believes more clusters will be found in the Buffalo Head, but is being very secretive about when and where... One cannot help thinking of Ashton as a whale which has taken a deep breath and allowed itself to sink to the bottom of the sea in an effort to dislodge the free-loaders clinging to its back.

Kaiser re. Ashton's current weak sh.pr.:
...A shortage of news sapped investor interest in the Alberta diamond play, as did the realization that Ashton's 10 tph DMS plant would not be operational before the fourth quarter. A decision has been made to contract processing of the 450 tonne K14 bulk sample somewhere else, but as of early July there has been no confirmation of any such arrangements. Ashton did report diamond counts for six of the nine pipes discovered this winter, one of which, K11, had micro diamond counts comparable to K91 and K14, and will undoubtedly be mini-bulk sampled this summer. The significance of the fact that K11 belonged to a new cluster 30 km to the east was lost on the market.

Kaiser remarks re. ADP jrs,
...Scepticism is so high that prices may not react immediately when diamonds get delivered on a rusty platter.

Frank, you've lost it. Please return to the mother ship.

If you're confident in your allegations, please elaborate. Precisely which officer or director is breaching his duty to shareholders?

I don't think rumors of intrigue are creating positive energy.
