Vic, I'm sure those institutional resources who bought the Series C (and i haven't gone back to check who that was yet), wish that they could have had some FNET instead or converted at $15.00 So, my point is that they, by nature, are not long term investors. They supply money to capital hungry companies for a quick flip. they just didn't do as well % wise this go around. Sure, many could still be waiting around, hoping that Nov-Dec gives a better profit % then now. But many of these guys, don't want to tie the money for very long, Say 6 months, 9 months at most. They supply the money, get their warrants, stock, etc., get the shares registered, and then convert, sell and on to the next deal. Vic, you know that's how it happens, and all the time when you don't have some Wells Fargo or B ofA, supplying a nice line of credit, or cash flow to repay it with.

PS, you're right. Tom would have the figures on the conversion totals, probably on a semi-monthly basis. Did you, in fact, ask him?
