Sonny, Mr. Wexler and I have shorted many of the same companies over the last year. IMO, he has done some excellent research on several of these companies ... and we both have profited very nicely.

I have urged Mr. Wexler to take a less "combative" approach to posting. And I disagree with his frequent characterization of certain companies as a "stock promotion fraud".

However, I also understand his frustration. Without a doubt, TAVA has made some misleading statements in support of their stock price. As an example, just last December, Mr. Jenkins stated that the Company had completed a run of 20,000 CDs. I don't doubt that TAVA made the CDs ... but the PR gave the impression that there was a demand for this quantity of product. There wasn't.

Also there is a certain amount of false information posted on the internet in support of TAVA and other companies. Rarely is this information corrected by other "longs". This type of stock "manipulation" usually goes undetected and unpunished. As an example, even though TAVA has accurately reported to the SEC that their core business is declining, one poster continues to post that the business is increasing! Unbelievable!

IMO, resorting to name calling is beneath the posters on this thread. Especially this recent absurd characterization, since Mr. Wexler is extremely knowledgeable and very bright.
Regards, Bill
