An interesting point that you bring up, but I have to disagree with your conclusion. Yes, they have sold around 100,000 shares of Alfacell in the last two months, but they still own approximately 1.4 million shares of this company. That results in a loss of $2.5 million just for today (if the two Aries Funds held on to their shares as of today). BTW, the 2-year trading range is $8.13 - $2.25, currently the stock trades at $0.75. I think it is fair to say that ACEL is another black hole for Paramount.

I really start to become skeptical about our fellow shareholder.
