Yep there is a 10% dividend in shares plus 5 warrants for every P you hold which is
only 4 weeks away.

This will be a great stock when we get a JV/merger, but my question is, since the DTC hasn't done anything with our split shares, will
we receive the correct amount for the div and warrants if the split
shares haven't reached our accounts??
