I don't get it or Who could Asensio was in court facing charges of fraud. The judgement was against Asensio, hence, he is fraudulent. Crystallex was in court trying to get mining rights ot Las Christinas 4 & 6, they lost, 1 Abstention, 1 for-KRY, 3 Against-KRY, I believe. This is clear. Maybe at some future point Crystallex will also be in court to face charges of another kind, I don't know and I won't guess. Asensio was in court facing fraud charges, he lost, that is the truth. Crystallex has never been in court to face fraud charges. I hope this distinction is clear to you Bradpalm1. The charge that Asensio is a fraudulent promoter, who lies and reneges on deals is a fact. The charge that Crystallex was fraudulent was leveled by Asensio, again, I hope this distinction is clear for you Bradpalm1. I hope it is as clear as this NDA.
