The 50M 2 year restricted stock mentioned in the release. Those owners were not oil and gas guys so they flipped it to MTEI so they can gain on what MTEI develops.

It was strictly a stock deal. 50m shares. That's it. A company that buys real estate packages offered the land to Jack for the trade if he could come up with a shell or establish listing. The land company does not know or do oil and gas and they realized that they would profit much more by trading the land to a company that could fully realize the potential.
