The good news about these complaints from republicans re: INTC/MSFT antitrust actions is that the issue is becoming partisan. Thus the dems are forced to re-think the wisdom of these actions, not only from common sense, intent of the law, good of the economy, but from the political harm. Be SURE you tell you congressman your informed thoughts as a professional, dem or rep. (OK, I'm off this political soap box.) :>}
