The good news about these complaints from republicans re: INTC/MSFT antitrust actions is that the issue is becoming partisan. Thus the dems are forced to re-think the wisdom of these actions, not only from common sense, intent of the law, good of the economy, but from the political harm.

Be SURE you tell you congressman your informed thoughts as a professional, dem or rep.

Hey,

just noticed that volume was relatively low on msft, considering e manana. I'll take that as a good sign that activity isn't frenzied the day or 2 before e. As you know, this mid July report has repeatedly caused big drops right after: last year i think it dropped from 150 to 133 pretty quick. I am ready to act on a 10% drop, as always.
