Hi Don: Have you actually been speaking with Paul Kavanagh? I read this morning's Innomat update from Laurel. Had been trying to reach Paul for the past few weeks to ask him the questions I posted here earlier. Hoping we see a news release soon with updates on how the promising situations described in the 1st Qrt. report have evolved. Worthwhile noting that the shares changing hands are a very small percentage of the outstanding shares. And, because of the price, not a great deal of cash is involved. And, someone is buying as well as someone selling. I'm holding.
Ray

Probably would not have much difficulty finding 200 shareholders to ante up an additional $5,000 each if securities law will allow it. I certainly would if it would ensure the comapny was viable. Perhaps a rights offering Paul? Maybe convertible debentures? Any other ideas?
