The shorts have Jesse Eisenger of "the Steet" at it again. Last jan he teamed up with Sturza and bombed away at NVX. Today he wrote up the Montgomery securites Biotech conference to include the NVX presentation and he is on the side of the shorts bigtime which is what i would have expected. The sellers of NVX today are the little guys who pay to subscribe to " the street" and in a very short time they will realize that their subscription and the input they got from " the street" just cost them a lot of money. The shorts are in very big trouble. there is NO way that they will ever cover for 4 million shares with out taking enormous losses. This stock had about 3.4 million shares short back when it was under 12 more like 10 some as low as 8 ( Sturza had a target of 3). Granted they shorted .5 million in the 20's perhaps. Bottomline is BANKRUPCY. That is the word i have heard and that is what is gouing on in the short camp. They are had. Who would short NVX today with the high probability that NVX will be bought out well above todays price sometime in the near future . Many are saying before the end of the year . That is just one reason. There are many more. Their eleventh hour play to disrupt the NVX presentation is a n act of desparation in my opinion and a very bullissh sign. To those who sold on "the Street" article I suggest you minimize the damage, and buy back in. . Don't believe what you read in the media as true and free of hidden agendas. You will lose.
