Your Ciena shares will be converted to TLAB shares.

1 share of Tlab = 1 share of CIENA (I think)

Ciena and TLAB's stock price are both tied to one another. If TLAB makes a big anouncement or has great earnings CIENA's stock price will rise with TLABS. Howerver, if CIENA has a bad quarter then TLAB's share price could fall because they own CIENA.

As the date of the conversion gets closer the difference between TLAB and CIENA should close to 0.

Tis my understanding you will get TLAB shares, one for one.
If you also have CCSC shares, you will get 0.72 TLAB for each CCSC.
