Delisted just means it goes down a level on NASDAQ, bottom line is less efficient market and fewer analysts following. My opinion is that on a company like this, turn around situation, bottom line is going to affect the price. If the company survives, the price of the stock will eventually be some multiple of where it is now.

So short answer is de-listing just means it won't be traded where it is now. (Similar to NYSE vs. ASE as an analogy.)

Company appears to be working hard to keep listing, because it definitely is a plus to have Public Relations and credibility.

Reuters release:

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., July 14 (Reuters) - Accent Software International Ltd. said Tuesday it believes it will meet the Nasdaq's net tangible assets requirement for continued listing.

The company said in a statement that its temporary exception to the requirement expires July 31.

Accent Software said it cannot guarantee it will meet the requirements, but said the Nasdaq has accepted its plan to increase net tangible assets to the required level.

"We are confident the exception which has been granted offers sufficient time to meet Nasdaq's requirements," said Todd Oseth, Accent president and chief executive.
