I am also a believer in Ross and Steve. I have 125,000 shares and I believe this will happen in the next 30 days. The offer has been sweetened on the lease. Lets not forget that the family that they are negotiating with is one of the wealthiest in Ven. Once the lease deal is complete the license is a for gone conclusion. Remember also that if this does not work out with this particular property there are options. CCCZ is not going to disappear.
