I would agree that Carter was not a very good president, Penni. On the other hand, I think he has redeemed himself since with Habitat for Humanity, which is a very good project to help people all over the world help themselves build houses.

Being president must be really too hard for most politicians to pull off. I can't really think of very many really good presidents, at all.
