Leroyt,
The investor package that I received in February '98 from Canyon, and the bottom right corner of NTAH home page of Web site (currently) declare 14.7mil shares outstanding. Jim King at Canyon has told me that he believes that some or all of the additional shares now outstanding were payments to PAMCO and Tower, the two jv partners (although he didn't say when and I failed to ask). I have no problem with this as with many small caps this is a method to survive until the revenue is generated. I do have a problem with not informing shareholders of the dilution of their position. Even to go so far as to implement a gag order to the Transfer agent as to Outstanding shares. Don't get me wrong, as long as the fundamentals are there I stay long on NTAH. I am very excited about the stripper well Tech. and the Matagorda gas lease. that has not changed. I think a more shareholder friendly attitude from NTAH (not Canyon, as I think they are doing the best they can) would do wonders for the price of the stock and make staying long in NTAH a lot easier.
So, come on Mr. Kesonon, stay in town more often and keep us up to date on what is happening with our Company. How about a little disclosure of where the extra 6mil shares came from and how many more can we expect to be issued. I can live with a good explanation if it is honest and "good business" for NTAH.
I'll get off the soap box now. Lets all hang tight.
