Looks like it's so, Randy. Remember I said earlier that SIM, under Softbank Holding-Japan's wing, would have been an audited company? Can't we simply look to Softbank Holding's 1997 report to get a picture of what SIM did in 1997? My eyes are too tired, having just transcribed 100 pages within a 24-hour period, to go gazing through an SEC filing. Why not someone take a look and see what comes up?
