Contrary to popular rumor,the Media Metrix report will not be out in "syndicated" form for another month.At least that is what they told me at Media Metrix.

ESVS will not have to answer to the SEC if the 39M figure is wrong.
They have covered their donkeys with the "subject to" disclaimer.

I see no significance in the fact that the 39M figure was repeated by a publisher - they simply published the number that they were given. It's still as unaudited as it was yesterday.
