$85 on 40M shares traded?

Will we make it to $85/share today? Even if we don't, I think that yesterday's earnings report is the beginning of a steady climb in Intel's price per share.

A lot of other companies shares have been increasing in value while Intel's has just been treading water. To me this was a result of the market's fears that Intel would be damaged an indeterminate amount by the meltdown in SE Asia. Now that the market has a better feel for the impact of the Asian crisis on Intel, I think that we'll see the stock go to 125 by the end of the year.

Paul, I agree. I've never seen Intel brass so enthusiatic. Every time someone tried to put a negative spin on things, they would counter. Maybe they heard about all the PR complaints from the SI thread <gg>. It would be real interesting for the shorts to see if Insiders start buying now...

> Heck - even AND seems to be coming along for the ride.

I guess AMD's only "potential" is through sympathetic vibrations on Intel rallies! :-)
