The plan is to prepare for a full Nasdaq filing during the fall/winter of 1998. A number of requirements need to be met first - there is no guarantee that they will be met - amongst them being a $4 stock price prior to listing. In preparation for this, and pending legal advice, KOLR will be moving towards 10Q and 10K filings asap while still on OTCBB. These will then be available on Edgar. This is a forward looking statement. The company's financial year finished June 30th 1998, so audited results will be available to shareholders within the normal time-frame.
