Hi Timothy, and everyone else. Ya that's right. I broke down and paid. Timothy, I spoke to someone today about this financing, as I was concerned that they could not fill the whole subscription. I am informed that this may not be the case, and the rest of the subscription may be filled at a later date (near future). It has something to do with the filing of the forms. As for the future news. They cannot include future news breaks into todays financing. As far as everything is concerned, what we expect to see in future news, has not been made public yet. That expected news cannot be discounted into the current financing. ( does this make sense ? ).

Sit tight. I have made many phone calls, and talked to many people. I am re-assured this will work out.

Remember this: When something grows at an astounding rate right before your eyes, you have to go back and make bigger handles, and more of them, before you can get a handle on things. This takes extra time.

Good to be onboard, Al G.

Tim-spoke to Jason this morning-he says things are moving along fine-sound upbeat-sales are good-I bought more today-why don't you call him
and talk to him again-

Al you sum it up nicely

This is what we expect:

1) DD done dealing with merger with Aquasol, and set to go ahead.
2) Details of private labelling agreement with ICI which is rumoured to be of large size.
3) Details of another agreement with another company to manufacture, package and distribute to the consumer market, also rumoured to be a big deal.
4) Some financial figures dealing with expected revenues and profit margins.
5) How sales are increasing hand over fist every month.
6) The U.S. Navy is done their testing and is going to use Napier's products exclusively.

( These agreements are said to be completed and set to go )

Hope this helps, Al G.

DD done by Traxis-there's some other calls you could make

"The amalgamation of Napier's SV-35 environmentally friendly chemical strippers, the environmentally advantaged Aquasol cleansing solution and I.C.I.'s expertise in coatings and marketing will be the most significant event for the refurbishing industry in recent history."

Ron Graham,. Industrial Maintenance Coating Specialist contracted to I.C.I

"Our guys in the paint shop are delighted with the stuff."

Delta Air Lines Inc.

"It is nice to finally have an environmentally safe product, which works so well. The guys here like using it and have made many comments about how the smell is not offensive. This makes the hangar accessible to do work while the stripping process is working.

It works phenomenally."

Corporate Aircraft Refinishing, Inc

"The product is amazing. It is absolutely next generation and is definitely at the forefront. We can keep the whole workforce on the floor and doing all kinds of work on the plane at the same time. Napier's product could become a dominant chemical in the market."

Bob Taranto, US Air (airframe and powerplant mechanic & union safety rep)
