COLTY has certainly made a nice run, but management says there is more negative cash flow and dilution coming. I have trouble figuring out a fair price in that setting. It's certainly a key player in the internet growth picture for Europe, but I feel a lot more comfortable with WCOM and CSCO, even Alcatel looks safer to me than COLTY, at first glance.

I really don't know enough about the COLTY to give advice, but by the looks of the chart, it has had some kind of run. After a cursory look, it seems the company has alot of shares outstanding but very thin float. So some of the run may be due to a short squeeze, the current analogy that comes to mind is AMZN which I couldn't consider as an investment. When stocks have this kind of run they should be putting up spectacular earnings otherwise I can't consider them for investment.
