PAM, For as long as I have been involved with DCI I have not seen the kind of trading that has crossed the tape in the last week. It seems someone is deliberately holding the price at this level. Now the tough part is to figure out why and how they stand to benefit. With all the trades at the ask the seller could have easily received over $2.00 a share. If all they wanted was a minimum of a $1.75 OLIE could have purchased the whole lot for a $1.75 and kept the difference. I am convinced the stock is being manipulated but not by OLIE. Best Regards
