Another link to a well known 'y2k discussion group' 'Yet Bill Clinton has remained studiously silent. Online discussion groups have been buzzing with speculation and rumor: Why hasn't the President devoted a speech to a problem as important as Y2K? Is he going to wait until after the November election?
