Last year, they were just starting off...and hit many costs in their developing and research. Remember....there was only one store open back then.

Also...cigars are more trendy than ever before!

Buster,
Cigers are not a trend anymore, I started smoking them 2 years ago, now I won't stop just because it's not trendy anymore. I go to smokeouts about 2 times per month and they are always full, and talking to the people there they have no intensions of quiting either.

Yep I see that ... however smoke shop are popular and it is starting up. Guess we will have to see. I did not say they were profitable nor nay other hype. I found it last year liked it then amd I still like the business they are in ..

There are stocks trading with the same figures on NASDAQ but trading around $15.00 so I look for potential more than the EPS or PE or the standard big board analysis. I go through this everytime on every stock. These are start up companies on the OTC and expecting a start to show a profit is absurd. Heck the IRS gets a company five years to show a profit.

I just want to know about the stock structure is why I am reading the SEC filings ... I do not expect a profit right off the bat. They are building emporiums. But I trade what is right for me and I think everyone else sould trade what is right for them. I want sleepers and because of risk vs gain by the time they are profitable I probably would not buy .

I remember before coming to the OTC I bought based on all that and I bought because of a solid good record and lost my royal backside.

So before you want to make a comparison or technical analysis on a start company please understand the oTC is for exactly that start up companies.

there is mostly buying and very little selling and tiny sells knock it down which is also expected in this arena.

Not a flame just my logic which everyone should do what is right for them.
