i did not see (no pun intended) everyone's ballot, but as far as i know from talking to people around me, no one voted "no" to the shares. this is a moot point, since waite and see and partners still probably own 70% of the shares and it would not have mattered what we voted on. waite did announce the total of the vote, which i do not remember, but he did say that the shares were "overwhelmingly" voted in.

as for the absence of dr. see, no reason was given, nor did anyone ask.
