My one question, which gives me the most reassurance about MINE, is :Why would management, who has been, and still is, under scrutiny from the SEC, for a prior mis-step, deliberately put a gun to its head by releasing false findings and false statements ? That is the question isn't it? :( MM

Hi Dr. As you can see by the answers to question thus far, it is difficult. Why would management, who has been, and still is, under scrutiny from the SEC, for a prior mis-step, deliberately put a gun to its head by releasing false findings and false statements ? ....by releasing false findings and false statements.... GE has not done anything illegal. They have added a 'caveat' that they intend on "looking into the report, "don't mind using it as a "baseline" in moving forward on the property, and that the report is not necessarily 100% accurate. Why would they do this??? Maybe they thought the stock would rocket to a higher levels and then do a PP at that price, ensuring development of the property! The motivation is good, but the logic was flawed!! What they have done is attracted the very people they didn't want too....and the stock didn't skyrocket!!! (barring the $1.75 day) This is of the things that contribute to the theory of "irresponsibility"!!! My opinion only!! the Chief

Countdown continues....THREE Message 5156855 I'm going to stop the countdown here, I expect that you get the message. But just in case: If your title (DR.) gives you undue credibility and your absolute predictions cause the unlearned to make mistakes, you can be held accountable, ask any lawyer. If anyone believed your prediction, they might have sold the farm and bought in at any price under $6, perhaps even placing large market orders, which we all know now would be unnecessarily expensive. Please start covering your own butt and at the same time let people know your predictions are your opinion only. Cheers, Jon
