ICN - will forward you my friend's e-mail from last night - we knew for weeks something was wrong since it didnt run on same drug that propell SGP so high. I always said it is the russia exposure and that is exactly what it is.

will check Ike's thread on banks. off the top of my head, BT has not made any run yet, may do a JPM.

Ike's index is Naz bank index - which mainly consists small banks, S&L s that trade on Naz and most of them are speculative plays on merger/takeover thing.

BKX is the index we should watch - for big banks on NYSE.

BAC, NB, FLT, BKB, CMB are solid banks. so as CCI, CCI just have huge movement ever so often and you can throw in TRV with it.
