How about a website Herb? There is software out there that eliminates the need for hardcoding HTML and you could set it up yourself. Get some pictures of your products and scan them into a jpg or gif format add some text and your on your way. There are local companies in your area that can set up a proffesional site . Costs are fairly minimal relative to a PR firm.

Are you on vacation? Can you be reached at the office?

I agree a web site would be wonderful..it would be a low cost expense
and if it is linked well to many search engines, it would be easy to find. There could also be a page or 2 for investor information.
Also, there would be the benefit of having accurate information.
Shareholders and potential shareholders and potential product customers could get a good feel for LGTK. Also, this appears to be a solution to maintain the same kind of company integrity you strive for
which you feel would be compromised with a PR firm. There are probably even people on this thread that could assist with web site design and or ideas. A web site would be an enhancement for LGTK, that would be cost effective and in your control.

Herb-Have you tried to get some exposure on magazines such as
Individual Investor or Equities Magazine. These cover many smaller
cap issues that a lot of others won't cover. Also I wouldn't mind
having the company do some small acquisitions using stock. Also getting small cap newsletters such as

Microcap Research(mcrr)
Bowser Report-Max Bowser
Short/Sweet-Frank Catalano
Red Chip Review/White Chip

As long as you don't issue stock to advertising companies that hype
your stock in return for stock!! And then dump it.

Well those are some ideas to toss around.

Herb-Have you had a chance to review nasdaq.com relating to what
requirements are needed in order for a better listing or is the
company not ready to make that move???
