It works exactly as you stated but not quite as simple which is to be expected. This process of being listed has not gone un-noticed at the DCI home office.

Jewel,

We might be talking about the same companies but a little over a year ago Hayes Microcomputer (the modem people and about a $500M/year private company) bought Access Beyond (a small but listed Internet related company) and obtained ACCB's Nasdeq listing as a result. They have since changed their name to Hayes and the listing symbol is HAYZ.

All this is from memory so don't hold me to it .....
