I'm buying CUBE here.
CUBE has broken out over the 19 resistance with
above average volume (480k avg) and an above average trading range (0.68 avg).
CUBE should hold 19 on pullbacks and support goes down to 18.25.

Seems like a decent risk/reward trade. Upside to 22-25.

FCC Approves San Francisco OVS
Washington -- The Federal Communications Commission approved an open-video-system application Monday by Digital Broadcasting OVS to serve San Francisco and 43 other Bay-area communities, despite objections by the city and by the state's cable association.

The FCC, in a decision by the Cable Services Bureau, held that Digital Broadcasting's application was sufficient to allow it to begin offering competitive multichannel-video service.

Digital Broadcasting said it plans to offer 500 6-megahertz digital channels.
