Your optimism is a pleasure to hear. It contains forward looking statements that may not happen. The underwriter that places the 504 Offering gets 30 days on his/her own prior to other MM's entering. This 30-day period lasts to end of July 1998. A number of MM's have expressed interest in following the stock. They may then be relayed by European investors returning from their summer break end August. The idea is to build up a coherent international following to insure wide distribution and shareholder contributions from a maximum of industries.
