"This poster doesn't care about fraudulent promotion. He is interested in making money. This doesn't make him a bad poster, it makes him unreliable when it comes to interpretation of facts."

Hmm, I find I make more money when I correctly interpret the facts. It is when I let things outside the realm of the facts intrude that I lose money. I have shorted ZONA because of Zonagen, and because the data has led me to believe that ZONA is a basically worthless company.

I believe you are not looking at the company correctly, but are hung up on this Asensio thing, and it is blocking your objectivity, much as it has done in the past.

The Zonagen fraud has come to an end

I assumed that Zonagen would keep indefinitely delaying the NDA. I was incorrect, as SGP put pressure on the crooked Zonagen management to "put up or shut up" (see recent news release regarding the "accelerted" milestone payment).

The reason I felt that Zonagen would keep indefinitely delaying the NDA is because managemnet's fraudulent stock promotion scheme relies heavily on an information vacuum. That is exactly why they've been obfuscating clinical trial results - until they were finally forced to disclose the last atrocious results at the recent AUA meeting - causing a rapid price decline.

Zonagen's last gasp was the uncertainty surrounding the NDA filing. What was significant about today's trading activity was the massive selloff after the news. This confirms that many investors were relying on the continued information vacuum to create trading opportunities through short-squeezes, etc. It is obvious that these investors understand very well that Vasomax is a scam drug...therefore there is no longer any reason to speculate on the stock.

Now that Zonagen has started the countdown clock towards the inevitable rejection of Vasomax, the stock has ironically become a safer short.

Zonagen ia a fraud and a scam, and Joe Podolski is a filthy crook.

Graystone,

Everyone searches for financial success,
but real gold lines only certain paths.

Concerning the trading today, this is a salient example of "sell on news". It is difficult to determine how the market really feels about the NDA filing based on todays trading alone. The next week or so of trading will be a better indicator.

For those of you who asked for the Pfizer information yesterday and today, it will probably be towards the end of the week before I can get it out.

Greystone:

You said *about* me:

This poster doesn't care about fraudulent promotion. He is interested in making money. This doesn't make him a bad poster, it makes him unreliable when it comes to interpretation of facts.

Huh? Of course I am interested in making money. So are you. Are you then 'unreliable'? Which is it?

The truth here, I believe, is that the stock's price in the long term has little to do with fraud, only the Vasomax matters. Once the *truth* about its usefulness comes out into the open, then the stock will follow. Period.

And my assessment is that the report of June 2nd said it all. That's why the stock lost 1/3 of its value after that report.

If I were long like Ron, and I had bought at 4, well, I would be very happy. And I would have sold a lot of this at 35 5 - 6 weeks ago. I hope those of you who bought at 4 did. More power to you.

And Italy was *great*, especially since my trip really was paid for with the *last* set of Zona puts profits. Oh I love Zona.
