I am glad to see we still have happy liteglowers here.I for one am very positive. I think a possible reason why we are not moving up despite the fact that our product is on shelves is because Pep Boys has been doing the negative act. And we are counting on them big time.

Dick,

If you are serious about your GTC order. I will be very interested to see if the price gets walked down to pick up your order. On another note this release is not the same as previous ones.

(1) Sales are showing a significant increase in the month of June. They made 343K in this month versus an average of 262,417 in the previous 5 months. This equates to approximately a 30% increase from the 1st five months average monthly sales. I like that improvement!! Maybe RS or Pep Boys figures are starting to kick in!!!

(2) Ignoring this positive trend in sales, we can extrapolate sales for Calendar year 1998 at approximately $3,300,000 using the new average monthly rate for the first 6 months, it truly shows a significant improvement from last year. A 34% increase in business is significant IMO.

(3) Net Income can be extrapolated based on the 5 month average and will result at approximately $210,000. No 6 month figures were provided.

(4) NI per share will be .002 assuming 100M outstanding at the end of the calendar year based on these projections.

These numbers are conservative, because it ignores the approximate 30% increase in sales from the prior months and who knows the full impacts of Radio Shack and Pep Boys.

"KRUMHOLZ also stated that a MAJOR announcement should be forthcoming within 10 days of another "AQUISITION". I think he means they plan to make a major announcement about an acquisition within 10 days of today.... Is that what you guys read it to mean or what??? What an awful sentence!!! This seems very specific (number of days etc..) but I guess we can not count on this mans words based on "NOT PROVIDING AUDITED RESULTS" as promised in prior releases. If an Acquisition does come through this could really effect revenue and NI figures. Assuming they acquire another profitable business, I really like the idea especially being able to pick up shares at .045 cents...

I don't think this one is a dead duck yet but that is only my humble opinion...
